Ba Shi Chui is a short combination form based on 5 elements and 12 animals. It is normally taught after one has learned the 12 animal forms and has a special focus on helping the development of obvious power (Ming Jin).

- 单推把 () – Single hand push (劈拳式)
- 双拉手 () – Double pulling hands
- 炮拳 () – Canon fist
- 龙虎相交 () – Dragon and Tiger meet
- 崩拳 () – Crushing fist
- 掩肘 () – Closing Elbow
- 挂锤 () – Backfist strike
- 崩拳 () – Crushing fist
- 白鹤亮翅 () – White crane spreads wings
- 右炮拳 () – Left canon fist
- 鳳凰雙展翅 () – Phoenix spreads both wings
- 鷂子入林 () – Hawk enters forest (alt. namne: 左炮拳 Zuo Pao Quan – Right canon fist)
- 鹞子钻天 () – Hawk pierces sky (shang bu if changing side)
- 鹞子翻身 () – Hawk overturns body
- 收式 () – Closing form
